About
A long-running love letter to coffee shops.
CoffeeShopNomad is a personal archive documenting the coffee shops I visit as @coffeeshopnomad. It started as a way to remember the good ones (the corner spots, the friendly dives, the bona fide third places) and grew into a record of visits across dozens of cities.
The goal is not to rate coffee shops. The goal is to turn my experience into something useful for anyone else who reads a city through its coffee shops: a way to find a quiet spot, a reliable laptop setup, a neighborhood you might not have wandered yet, or just a really good cup.
Welcome to my portfolio.
What you can do here
- Browse the shop directory. Search by name or filter by country, city, borough, and neighborhood to find a specific spot or see what is in a given area.
- Explore the map. Zoom to a city and click a pin to preview a coffee shop, then jump to its full profile.
- Check the stats. Get a sense of scale — total shops, cities, hours, and records from the road — plus the full chronological visit log, filterable by year and place.
About me

I am Justin Felder, the person behind @coffeeshopnomad. I believe coffee shops are some of the last true third places: somewhere anyone can walk in, sit down, and feel like they belong.
This site is a running archive of the shops I have visited and loved. My hope is that it helps you find your own place to pause, work, read, or strike up a conversation with a stranger.
